Jamie, an Afro Carolinian by birth, is deeply attuned to a higher purpose. Her vivid daydreams transcend her life experiences, sparking creative ideas and fueling her passion for life. Known for her sharp insight and resourcefulness, Jamie blends intelligence and originality with a touch of genius.
Beginning her career as a creative at 11 years old as a musician and digital music producer, she later matriculated through Clark Atlanta University. Jamie worked for brands such as Turner Broadcasting, Peachtree TV, CNN Idea Lab, and Georgia Public Broadcasting, right before the social media boom. While others adapted quickly to industry trends, Jamie took a more deliberate pace. During that period, she became a mother and has privately homeschooled her children for over a decade, created a small-batch wine brand, and founded Mother & Chile, an initiative aimed at empowering mothers and children through personalized support, holistic wellness, and education.
Throughout all of this, Jamie has been rebranding herself and planning her return to the mass media communications industry, while developing intersectionality skills in software and technology, healthcare, engineering, finance, and government.
